Definitely need other mothers!! I can't live without them. I had to cancel our preschool group today and it really affected my mood not having my mama friends to talk to. We are still figuring out how much dairy I can have and Arlo can tolerate. Good luck. I suggest trying a 6 week elimination diet and then slowly reintroducing foods and watching for signs of allergy.
